Four Poster Manor Rooms

Roof Terrace Suite

This suite has been decorated by British interior designer Sue Stowell and is filled with traditional English character. The entrance hall is lined with a striking Victorian silhouette wall paper and the lounge features the original Victorian fire place. The suite's private roof terrace is a great place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the New Forest.
The Manor Suite

Located on the first floor of the original 18th century Manor, the romantic smoky pink, taupe and blue tones offer tranquillity and calm, whilst the array of soft furnishings beckon you to relax and unwind. Antique mirrors and reflective surfaces bring additional natural light whilst the use of rustic, colonial wood, floral décor and natural tones is reminiscent of the forest that surrounds you.
This suite also features a separate lounge area with exquisite English furnishings for you to relax in comfort and luxury. Both the bedroom and the lounge each have their own flat screen TV.

Rosewood Garden Rooms
These spacious rooms are located close to the spa - perfect for those staying on one the luxurious spa breaks.
Larger in size than the Oakwood garden rooms, the Rosewood Garden Rooms boast a large living area with a comfortable sofa and chairs. The décor is enhanced by sophisticated touches from the exotic east and a luxury bathroom with his and her sinks
The room also features a sofa bed and can accommodate up to three adults.
Situated within the garden wing of the hotel and overlooking our manicured gardens, the Thai-inspired Rosewood Suite is a beautiful and spacious room. Situated close to the award-winning SenSpa, it's perfect for those guests who want to make the most of the fantastic spa facilities.

Set in the heart of the New Forest, Beaulieu is an award-winning family day out where one great value ticket grants you access to multiple locations, from the National Motor Museum and the World of Top Gear to Beaulieu Abbey, the Palace House, grounds and gardens, Little Beaulieu and the Secret Army Exhibition.
Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway
A spectacular 200-acre (80 hectare) informal woodland garden site, world famous for the Rothschild Collection of rhododendrons, azaleas, camellias and rare trees and shrubs.
In the north east corner of the gardens there is also the 12 1⁄4 in gauge Exbury Steam Railway that goes on a journey across the pond in Summer Lane Garden, along the top of the rock gardens and into the American Garden. The railway was built in 2000–2001 as an additional attraction.
Located in the heart of The New Forest, Burley Fudge are experts in producing delicious handmade confectionery. From the much loved clotted cream fudge to the spicy chilli chocolate fudges, there are so many flavours to try, as well as alternative sugar and vegan options.
Created in the 18th century to provide power for an iron mill, the pond today provides valuable habitats for wildlife as well as being a scenic backdrop for a picnic or wildlife watching.
The largest body of water within the Crown Lands of the New Forest, it's a shallow lake surrounded by semi-natural heathland that's grazed by cattle, ponies and donkeys.
The pond was created about 200 years ago by the damming of the Hatchet stream to power a local mill. Since the pond’s creation, a wonderful array of wildlife now call the pond home, including over a third of all species of wetland plants found in the UK and many freshwater insect species, like dragonflies.

Energised by a large crystal of Bohemian Amethyst, the crystal steam room operates at a temperature of approximately 45-48°C, gently opening pores to cleanse the skin and remove toxins from the body.
Operated at a temperature of 48°C with 50% humidity, relax on the benches or lie on the heated floor. The Laconicum is ideal for those who prefer gentle heat.

Choose from warm tropical rainfall, refreshing cold sea storm or invigorating ice storm to awaken the senses.

THE MANOR SUITE
An ideal setting for conferencing, meetings and private dining. The unique large bay windows offer ample natural light, overlooking the hotel gardens with direct access to a small private garden perfect for break out sessions,
The versatile suite can also be divided into three different sections - Azalea, Bracken and Conifer - with soundproofed partitions for increased flexibility.
THE CEDAR SUITE
The Cedar conference suite boasts its own private entrance, a self-contained reception area and French doors leading to a secluded terrace area, ideal for break-out sessions. High ceilings, air conditioning and an abundance of natural light create a spacious and open atmosphere.
This versatile suite can also be divided into two separate sections, Mulberry and Heather, with a soundproofed partition and three adjacent syndicate rooms.
THE BEECH ROOM
Ideal for smaller meetings or breakout sessions and also offers natural daylight and direct outside access.
Looking for an open space? Located next door to Careys Manor and accessible via the hotel grounds is Bridge Farm. The hotel has access to 10 acres of wide open space for team building events of all size.
This large field is suitable for activities such as team challenges, most country pursuits, Segways, blindfold driving and much more. For the winter months there is also a 20m x 40m arena that can be used to ensure that your event can still go ahead.
