Weddings at Horsted Place
SAY 'I DO' TO A WEDDING AT HORSTED PLACE
With three areas licensed for marriage ceremonies, Horsted Place is the perfect setting for a unique country house wedding: choose from the intimate Library; the larger Terrace Room with French doors onto the formal gardens; or the Victorian-style summerhouse, in front of which ceremonies can take place.
Throughout the year - and whatever the season - the house and gardens provide a beautiful setting. Don't worry about the unpredictability of the British weather; the flexible indoor spaces are the perfect contingency if conditions are less than perfect for an outdoor ceremony.
Horsted Place is available for the exclusive use of the wedding party, which means you have your own fully-staffed country house and garden for the day, including the bedrooms. Please note: music and dancing can only be offered with exclusive use of the house.
WEDDING DETAILS
Up to 40 guests for ceremony in the Library; up to 100 in the Terrace Room. If exclusive use is taken, up to 100 can be seated in the Drawing Room for your wedding breakfast.
Horsted Place's wedding co-ordinator is available to help you tailor your wedding celebration and to guide and support you throughout the planning of your perfect day.

Successful parties hosted in the past have included a barbecue, garden treasure hunt, and fireworks display - but you may well have your own ideas.
Whatever your plans, the hotel's friendly and experienced events team will work with you to create a programme tailored to your guests' ages and interests, so you can relax and really enjoy the occasion in your own fully-staffed country house.
As well as the celebrations themselves, your guests can also play golf, tennis and croquet or swim in the heated indoor pool at the nearby East Sussex National.
